About 40 miles north of Dallas and Fort Worth, Denton is an energetic, progressive community in the heart of the DFW Metro. Even by Texas standards, Denton is booming – it is one of the nation’s fastest growing communities. It’s a college town, home to the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University, but it’s also a hub for business and tourism, located near Lewisville Lake and only a few minutes south of Ray Roberts Lake.
The 35 Denton Music Festival and Denton Arts and Jazz Festival are both signature events with great tunes and dancing. You’ll find tons of things to experience in this suburban city. Spend your days at nearby Lewisville Lake or shop the stores at Golden Triangle Mall.

Our apartment offers a clean and practical setup for extended stays. You’ll find a furnished living space with a fully equipped kitchen, walk-in closets, central air, and WiFi. The layout balances comfort and function, making it ideal for traveling professionals or guests in transition who need an affordable place to call home.
Eureka Village is near Dallas-Fort Worth International, located 25.4 miles or 32 minutes away, and Dallas Love Field, located 34.5 miles or 44 minutes away.
**Other Things to Note**
**Pet Policy**
* Maximum of 2 pets per reservation
* No aggressive breeds
* Weight limit: 50 lbs
* $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee
* We may decline pets that are not a good fit for the community
**Mid-Term Stay Prep**
We primarily host mid-term stays, though we welcome short-term guests when available.
Because of this, the property is stocked for longer stays and includes **starter essentials only** (one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag). Please plan to bring additional toiletries and supplies as needed.
**Maintenance Access**
* **Annual Preventive Maintenance:** Some units require scheduled checks (smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc.). We will always notify you beforehand if access is needed.
* **Emergency Maintenance:** For urgent issues (leaks, electrical hazards, etc.), if we cannot reach you within **[X] hours**, we reserve the right to enter the unit to prevent damage.
**Occupants & Guest Policy**
* The main occupant must match the name on the reservation
* The reservation must accurately reflect all guests and pets staying in the home
**Mailbox Access**
* Available upon request; not guaranteed
* May take up to 24 business hours to activate
* Requires a $35 refundable key deposit

* Please respect shared spaces and amenities
* Keep noise to a minimum during late hours
* Dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas to help keep the community clean
