Parties and events are strictly prohibited at all Royall Stays properties. Serving alcohol to minors is not allowed under any circumstances. This is a pet-friendly Myrtle Beach vacation rental — please notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet so the pet fee can be applied and your stay properly prepared. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM in respect of our neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including the balcony, patio, and garage. Violations of any house rules may result in additional fees or early termination of the reservation without refund. By booking, guests agree to the Royall Stays rental agreement, which will be sent prior to check-in.
