Exceptionally clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for a memorable stay!
Welcome to Cozy Ridge Retreat in American Fork, Utah! The home features generous living areas that make it easy to spend time together without ever feeling crowded. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners, with ample seating for shared meals and conversation. Comfortable furnishings, quality mattresses, and soft, hotel-style linens create an inviting atmosphere throughout. Every detail is prepared with guest comfort in mind, delivering a seamless, easy stay from check-in to check-out.
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting—a fully fenced yard with comfortable seating and outdoor dining space. It’s the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon playtime, or relaxed evenings under the Utah sky.

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
