2026: Pricing for a 7-night stay is $5245.00 or $750.00 per night based on a 7-night stay. For all stays less than a week, pricing is $945.00 per night. Minimum of a 5 night stay in July & August.

Located just minutes away from Saffies Store, Le Goûter, Hillside Beach Store & Eatery. Bayview Estates offers convenient access to local amenities while still maintaining a secluded and private atmosphere.
Nature enthusiasts will delight in the abundance of outdoor activities available nearby, from hiking and biking along the Red River North Trail to skiing through the scenic wilderness. YEAR-ROUND HOT TUB with its own trail and large Private shoreline. White sand beaches minutes from the property!

Cozy Winter Stay

Our group of ladies thoroughly enjoyed the cottage. It was spacious and all 11 of us had a comfortable place to sleep. The host’s even had fresh flowers in the kitchen! I would recommend this cottage to family and friends, and will likely book here again!

Beautiful secluded property, perfect for a girls weekend!

Beautiful cabin that literally has everything you need for your stay. Check in instructions were simple, directions to find the cabin were spot on (Google maps is a bit off but the directions provided by the owners were perfect), the owners were great to communicate with, close to all different kinds of amenities. 1000% would recommend staying here. Couldn't ask for a better girls weekend!

Relaxing family get-together

Our multigenerational family stayed in this beautiful log cabin for 4 nights. There was ample room for everyone. We took advantage of the beautiful lakeview and the bicycles that were available for us to use. We did encounter some issues with some of the amenities listed but the host was always available when contacted during our stay which was very helpful. The host was easy to work with and even provided us a credit after checkout. We would definitely book another stay.

Great spot

Honestly can’t say much about this place that’s negative. Location is great. Very secluded. Property is great, yard is great. Close to beaches, golf, fishing. Me and my crew had a blast.

Friends relaxing getaway

We all really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was beautiful and spacious with lots of room. Communicating with Maureen was very pleasent and the cabin rules were very acceptable. We would recommend to anyone and hope to stay in it again one day :)

Ladies ski weekend

Everything was perfect and comfortable. Beautiful cabin. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. Just a great weekend with a bunch of ladies to go xcountry skiing. Would def recommend to others. Would love to see this in the summer

Fabulous cottage with tons of amenities

We stayed with 2 other couples for a fun friends ski weekend. The kitchen was outstanding and it was so enjoyable with the island top and everyone sitting around while each of us cooked a meal. Living room was spacious and cozy with fireplace. Dining table beautiful and large. Hot tub such a nice treat after skiing at grand beach. The beds were so comfortable as well. Had the best sleep! Not one complaint. Maureen was awesome, communicating with us and was super attentive when needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back!!!! Susan and friends.

Always an amazing stay!

We absolutely love this spot. We love the privacy and the amazing views. The large yard and outside hangout is perfect to enjoy time with friends and family. If I had to point out 1 thing just to be picky that they could improve upon was the cleanliness of the kitchen items. We re cleaned most of the cups when we got there. But hey it’s a cabin! Haha. Thanks again!

A great little getaway so close to home

This place was absolutely wonderful. The backyard, hot tub, firepit and greenspace was perfect for a late September weekend away from the city. The bed in the master bedroom is a dream, so comfy. The entire home was very clean. The kitchen was also well stocked with all the things we needed to cook through the weekend with ease. Instructions on how to get to the cabin was very helpful and all the checkin and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. Thank you Maureen. We are already talking about when we can book again.

Great place!

Loved our stay at Traverse Bay! The cabin is beautiful and had lots of space for our family! The large hot tub was the highlight and the view was amazing! Access to the lake was bit difficult but seeing all the upgrades they have done I'm sure they will tackle this in the future. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Overall Good Stay

Would stay again - the cabin and yard space was exactly what we hoped for. Freezer is large despite what was written in a previous review. Check in was easy and owners were fairly responsive. We did have a few issues that came up during our stay that were annoying but we felt the owners were able to adequately address them. For example the hot tubs were not usable and so we were provided a partial refund. Also there was no propane and the property manager listed in the info package at the cabin (who we were to contact for a replacement tank) said he had not been managing the property for awhile, so we needed to go buy a new replacement tank but we were also reimbursed for this. And when we got to the garbage/recycling depot (as per the instructions) we were told that we were not at the right place and should be going to the depot in Alexander RM, not Victoria Beach. Also the owners sent some private waivers to sign (outside of the existing agreement through VRBO) 2 days before.

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin on Lake Winnipeg! Cozy cabin with all the updates and amenities you would need and some! An unbelievable yard to play in for kids, and perfectly maintained. The hosts were very responsive and provided everything we needed and more!!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! The Cabin was really great. Loved the Kitchen, used the screened in sunroom a lot and even had some nice cool enough evenings to enjoy the hot tub. Nice close access to a nice small beach. Found everything as the listing said!

Family getaway

New Year’s Getaway

This was our second year staying at Maureen and Derek’s cabin over New Year’s and it was even better than the first, with the addition of a brand new spacious chef’s kitchen. The cabin is down a private road, right on the lake, with exposed wood throughout the interior giving it a warm and cozy feel. The fireplace and hot tub are well enjoyed amenities, so to is the 7 foot Christmas tree in the living room for the holiday season. We’ll be back next winter for a third stay — this place has become a holiday tradition for us.
