Our luxurious penthouse apartment is situated in a dreamlike location on the top floor of a vacation home, very close to the long, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Here, you’ll be above it all and can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the entire coastline all the way to Travemünde from your own private, secluded, approximately 35-square-meter south-facing terrace, which resembles a sunroom. During the summer months, you’ll also have your own complimentary beach chair right on the beach. Thanks to the property’s subtropical swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees, our wellness penthouse is worth a visit any time of year. You can look forward to the following, among other amenities: a wood-burning stove, a sauna, a Shiatsu massage chair, a washer and dishwasher, patio lounge furniture, 2 TVs, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a DSL flat rate.

Your sunny, south-facing apartment offers not only the fantastic view you can enjoy from every (!!) window, but also a very central location. Various restaurants and shops (including those in nearby Neustadt), the Sierksdorf Tourist Information Center, various sports and recreational facilities, a range of cultural attractions, the popular Hansapark, and the Baltic Sea resorts of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz are all easily accessible from our apartment on foot or by bike—or in just a few minutes by car or guest shuttle. When furnishing our penthouse apartment, we placed special emphasis on high-quality and cozy furnishings to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Since our sunroom is also fully equipped, it essentially serves as a second living room where you can start your day with a champagne breakfast overlooking the sea, take a peaceful afternoon nap to relaxing music, and let your children play undisturbed.

With your very own “wellness oasis” featuring a heat cabin, a Shiatsu massage chair, and our on-site subtropical swimming pool with a pleasant water temperature of 29 degrees, our Wellness Penthouse with Ocean View is worth a visit any time of year. In addition to a 25 x 15 m pool, our swimming facility features a special non-swimmer area, an elephant-shaped children’s slide, various lounge chairs, changing rooms, and lockers. To promote physical well-being, we also offer regular water aerobics, aqua-fit programs, and various aqua-power treatments. TOP INCLUSIVE BENEFIT: Normally, admission to the subtropical water park is subject to a fee for vacation guests. WELLNESS AND HEALTH:
To ensure you can relax fully in your penthouse, we’ve decided to provide our guests with something truly special: an infrared heat cabin. The heat generated here is comparable to the pleasant and beneficial rays of the sun. Unlike a traditional sauna, temperatures around 45 degrees are already considered very comfortable in a heat cabin. It places less strain on the heart and circulatory system.
