Note: Vehicle access to the Town is only through Quantico military base, you need “REAL ID” equivalent for entry as well as a valid driver's license and must also clear the government's background screening (no felony, no registered sex offender), this requirement applies for all guests 18+. If you have a retiree ID or are traveling with someone that has an active military ID these requirements do not apply.
The unit: This is a standalone apartment above garage, which is a detached building from the front main house. The entire unit was completely renovated in Jan 2023, this is a great quiet space to stay for graduations on base, business travelers, etc. with just minutes to walk to the Potomac river waterfront one street over from restaurants in the Town of Quantico.
The property is a detached apartment above garage, the home on the same lot in front of the garage is a separate rental and the tenant there helps me with the property management.
The home has an open floor plan of a living room with TV, kitchen with eat in countertop, small desk, and separate bedroom with a TV and ceiling fan, as well as bathroom with shower/tub combo, toilet, sink, small storage.
