By booking the Entire Property, you gain private access to all three levels (7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) and our full suite of outdoor amenities.

We love dogs! Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome to join your stay for a non-refundable pet fee. To protect our historic home and respect future guests, we require:
- Furniture: Pets are strictly prohibited from all beds and upholstered furniture.
- Crating: Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home.
- Waste: Please pick up after your pet immediately in the fenced yard or on the trails.
- Leashed: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside our fenced backyard.

Q: Does "Entire Property" mean we are the only ones on-site?
A: Yes! When you book the 7BR Entire Property, you have exclusive use of the Main House, the Garden Suite, the yard, and the parking lot. No other guests or owners will be staying on the property.
Q: How does the "Double Kitchen" setup work for large meals?
A: It’s a game-changer! You have two fully equipped kitchens. Most groups use the Main Level kitchen for large meal prep and the Garden Suite kitchen as a secondary station for drinks, snacks, or a separate "quiet breakfast" area for early risers.
Q: Is there enough hot water for 21 people?
A: We have equipped the home with high-capacity heating to handle large groups. However, like any historic home, we recommend staggering showers between the 5 bathrooms for the best experience!
Q: Can we walk to the Village and Grace College, or do we need to drive?
A: You can definitely park the cars and forget them! We are a true 5-minute walk (flat ground) to both the Grace College campus and the shops/dining in the Village.
Q: Is the home child-proofed?
A: While we provide family gear like a mini-crib and booster seat, the home is a historic 1910 property with stairs and a custom climbing wall. Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the Machu Picchu adventure room.
