1. No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside and outside the home.

Smoking/Vaping Violation Fee: $500, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.

2. No Pets

No pets allowed unless approved in writing prior to arrival.

Pet Violation Fee: $200, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs.

3. No Parties or Events

No parties, events, or gatherings.

Only registered guests are permitted.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

4. Furniture & Property Care

Furniture may not be moved or rearranged.

Any damage to the property, inside or outside, will result in additional fees.

This includes, but is not limited to:
furnishings, TVs, beds, mattresses, toilets, sinks, cabinets, dishes, dishwasher, appliances, and fixtures.

5. Late Check-Out Policy

Late check-out must be requested and approved in advance.

Approved late check-out is subject to availability and incurs a $20 fee.

Unapproved late check-outs may result in additional charges.

6. Cleanliness

Please maintain reasonable cleanliness during your stay.

Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may incur additional fees.

7. Safety & Security

Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, Wi-Fi equipment, or exterior security cameras.

8. Violation Policy

Violations of house rules may result in additional fees, immediate termination of the stay, and/or removal without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policy.
