Welcome to our family‑friendly six‑bedroom villa located in the stunning Damac Lagoons! The home features a private swimming pool and a dedicated kids’ play area, perfect for keeping everyone entertained.



Inside, you’ll find a spacious living area complete with a TV and dining space. Step out onto the balcony or patio to enjoy your morning coffee or a relaxing evening meal.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Designed with comfort and elegance in mind, it includes all essential appliances, including a washing machine for your convenience.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, so we’ll let you decide who gets which room!



For your stay, we provide hotel‑grade bed linens and towels for extra comfort. We’ve also stocked the villa with starter toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and other essentials, along with tea and coffee to get you settled in before your first supermarket run.



You’ll have access to a private parking space, and you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and other useful shops just a short drive away. Plus, the Trump International Golf Club is only 11 minutes from the villa.
