You’ll find me on the property; I’m the owner, and the unit is completely self-contained with its own entrance. An ideal starting point for various activities. I have a small garden with a terrace, outdoor furniture, and a grill. My 60-square-meter space consists of a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed, digital TV, a stereo with a CD player, and a cozy reading nook. The kitchen features a cooking area with a 2-burner glass-ceramic stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave with grill, and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. The bedroom has a bed with a 2x2 continuous mattress, which is back-friendly, and a crib.
