Set amidst the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the condo lies right next to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast, where you can take a trip down to the shore and dip your feet in the tides or read a good book under the shade of an umbrella. Check out the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park with your family for an amazing fun-filled day out viewing the wondrous aquatic wildlife.



Return after a day out exploring the city to find your true home away from home. This snowbird-friendly condo features a modern full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a beautiful balcony area. You can also take a swim in the on-site outdoor pool or simmer in the hot tub for a while. If you're looking for a bit of exercise, feel free to visit the fitness gym located on-site as well!

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands are provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit's maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

Wristbands are not required for beach access
