Our local manager assured us that the issue you experienced is not an actual roof or plumbing leak, but rather a common occurrence caused by weather conditions. During periods of high heat and humidity, combined with heavy rain, the cool air from the air conditioning system can create condensation around the vents. This condensation may drip and appear as though there is a leak, when in fact it is due to the difference in temperature and moisture levels in the air. Our team is reviewing the home to minimize this effect and will continue monitoring to ensure guests' comfort. We enjoyed having you as our guest and hope to host you again.
