Relax in the new king-size bed, featuring an adjustable headrest for added comfort whether you’re reading, watching TV, or winding down for the night. The unit also includes a new queen sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating additional guests.



The full kitchen is equipped with seating for 4, all new appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, range, and a cozy breakfast bar with seating for four. You’ll also find convenient extras like a Keurig, a standard coffee maker, and toaster to make mornings easy.



Start your day with coffee on the private patio, which offers direct access to the courtyard and a near by pool. During your stay, enjoy shared amenities including multiple pools, a hot tub, outdoor shower, and pickleball court—everything you need for a relaxing getaway.



Beach Service for the 2026 season (March 1st - October 31st) is included with each rental. This service includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Destin, our studio is a stone's throw from the pristine beach, a mere 250 yards away. Indulge in the local culinary scene with a visit to The Back Porch and Louisiana Lagniappe, both offering delightful dining experiences. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Henderson Beach State Park, just over two and a half miles away, where you can immerse yourself in the clear waters and observe the local wildlife. For a unique experience, head to Gator Beach, only three miles from the condo, and witness free shows and exhibitions featuring alligators, including the rare albino alligator!

Important details: This studio features a full kitchen with a dishwasher and offers free WiFi and cable. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be aware that the minimum age requirement for guests is 25. A sofabed provides extra sleeping space. Guests can access the beach and the Destin Harbor via the Sandpiper Cove Complex. Rackets are available for rent. This property is snowbird-friendly.
