The bright living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Start each day with the salty breeze and a fresh cup of coffee on the private balcony as you plan a full day of fun ahead.



You won't have to venture far from your home base for an abundance of coastal activities, as the shared indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, shared fitness facility, and beach access are at your fingertips. After you have had your fill of adventure, make your way inside to relax in bliss with loved ones in the comfortable living area as the smells of a home-cooked meal waft in from the full kitchen. The adorable dining area will be just the place to gather for meals or game nights, and French doors open up to one of the bedrooms to allow this space to have a unique, airy feel.



Regardless of how you plan to use each dreamy vacation day, Phoenix West #2302 will be just the place to make year-round memories.



Things to Know



All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.



ONGOING REPAIRS ON PROPERTY

Beginning 9/2025 through 5/20/2026.

Coastal Contractors will be re-coating selected doors and frames on the private south balconies. Please note only the balconies included in the project and during their specific work period will be impacted. This unit is NOT being completed. For units located within the same stack, swing stages will be set up and used throughout the project. During this time, ropes and work crews may be visible as they pass by windows and balconies while completing the work.

All work will be performed during normal business hours. The sanding of frames will be carried out using orbital sanders, which may generate some noise. While the noise will be most noticeable in the unit under work, it may also be heard in neighboring units within a couple of floors above or below.

As part of the project, certain portions of the pool deck may need to be closed temporarily while the swing stages are being moved. These closures will be limited in terms of duration and are necessary to ensure the safety of residents and guests.

This project on selected units can be characterized as a ā€œmust doā€ item, and is being performed to avoid more extensive repairs in the future if neglected.

Pretty Place

This property is right on the beach, with a great view. Clean, simple check in, great pool, lazy river and hot tubs. We had a fun and relaxing spring break and may be back next March.

Wonderful Condo and Property

This condo was a great place for our family (ages 56 to 3) to gather for a memorable weekend. Condo was exactly as advertised. 100% clean, fully stocked, everything worked, good Wi-Fi... The property is also exceptional and the staff was very friendly. We love the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, short walk to the beach, pickleball, fast elevators, etc. We'll definitely be back.

Truly Relaxing

Wonderful spot on the Gulf. Condo had wonderful view. Beach was congested at times, but sand was white and didnt get too hot. Waves were not too strong which is great for the littler kids. We spent alot of time at the pools and lazy river. Over all it was a fantastic vacation that we wish we were still on.

Kids loved the slide and lazy river! Check in was hectic girls at the front desk seemed overwhelmed. Parking deck is not made for large vehicles.

Iā€™ve been coming to OB for 28 never used this management company. For the price outside furniture was torn , should be replaced. I have pics of inside places that werenā€™t clean unless asked . But we love OB so it makes it hard to complain. Next time Iā€™ll use my preferred management company .

Poor management. Never book through Vacasa again

Condo was good, but not well maintained. Fault was with Vacasa. Biggest issue was clogged toilet in master suite which took management company almost two weeks to resolve. Booked for one month. Left after two weeks. Lost interest in staying at the property. Will never book through Vacasa again.

Family Get Away

We had to wait to check in because they were not finished cleaning and when we checked in it still wasn't very clean. They did refund a portion of our fee for late check in. There were only 4 wash clothes in the unit. We were there in January and there were no blankets in the unit and one room with 2 beds only had sheets for covers. The others had light coverlets. When we called the property manager we were told they would bring blankets but never did. I called them several times about this.

The condo was in a lovely location, very close to the beach, the staff was great, the pool/lazy river was beautiful and well maintained. The condo is a great size for a family. Everything phoenix west has to offer was great!!! The condo on the other hand has some issues that would need to be addressed to be a 5 star facility such as. The microwave handle is broken, the bar stools are falling apart and are unstable, two of the 4 window blinds do not work, the internet was slow, the towels are so scratchy, and the water pressure in the shower was like being sandblasted. The dryer does not turn off and takes a long time to dry items. There are not enough supplies to last a week such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags (the basics) which you have to buy on your own. There is also nothing to use to clean the floor other than a broom which doesnā€™t work well with sand :/or any spray for the counters. It is also stated that linens are provided but the only bed linen is sheets so make sure to pack a blanket. I would most definitely stay at the Phoenix West again, maybe just not this condo.

Amazing location, but the room wasn't the best

We have stayed in various condos at Orange Beach for over 10 years. We always enjoy the Phoenix West and other Phoenix properties. However, our experience with this room was not the best this time. Overall, the room appeared clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and the table was large enough for the 9 of us to sit at (we pulled up a 9th chair). However, the outdoor furniture was still covered and dirty when took the covers off. We also have an issue with the bedding and beds. 2 of the 5 beds had fitted sheets that were the wrong size, the comforters were more like sheets, and there were no blankets anywhere in the condo. So, we were cold the first night. When we contacted Vacasa the second day, we asked for blankets which they did end up bringing to the condo, but we wished that they would have had them there in the first place. We also ended having to contact Vacasa a few times during our stay. While there were easy to get ahold of via chat on their site, they weren't able to give any assurances that things would be happen like the sheets or maintenance crews timing, etc. They only could say that the "local team" would be in touch. The "local team" did always get in touch with us and quickly as well, it was hard to plan out our beach time around waiting for the "local team" to call. I wish we could have just talked to a person instead. I would recommend another place with a different management company.

Amazing location but a lot to be desired

We took a chance booking this location because there werenā€™t any reviews when we booked. So I will give you my overall thoughts to hopefully set expectations. First the pros - the location is incredible. Near everything and spectacular views of the ocean. You wonā€™t find better views of the ocean from a condo. The unit was large too - could easily fit a big family. The amenities in Phoenix West were also fantastic. We enjoyed the indoor pool on a rainy day. They provide tubes for the lazy river so donā€™t stress about bringing your own. Check-in was easy and plenty of parking. Unit was very quiet even though it was during Spring Break. The cons - getting ahold of anyone from the property is impossible. I messaged them weeks before our trip and got a message back on Day 2 of our vacation. And good luck calling, youā€™ll wait for hours on hold. The WiFi in the property didnā€™t work. It was 2 MBps on an insecure network. We even called the internet provider company and didnā€™t get it resolved. The house is stocked with the bare minimums. The weirdest thing was the notes in every room saying not to sleep with the blankets or pillows - however there werenā€™t even blankets to use. Just sheets. We went to Target on Day 1 and stocked up on blankets, trash bags, and other basic household stuff like paper towels. Vacation homes we have stayed in always provided a starter kit of items. While we didnā€™t use them - the blinds in the family room were broken and per another review, the ice maker was still broke and making really loud noises any time it needed to make ice. Last but not least, the place was surface clean but disgusting if you looked under furniture or closely. With a few improvements, this place could be great but we wonā€™t be back. Iā€™ve realized Iā€™d much rather rent from an individual owner who will actually be responsive.
