It is not first floor. It’s 3rd floor and you will have to climb stairs. Very misleading to list it as a 1st floor. Pillows are completely brown in the upstairs and disgusting. House is lost in the 90’s and you can tell. Only condo in the complex without chairs on the patio so plan to stand if you want to enjoy outside.

While the listing does mention that the unit is on the beach side of the resort, we recognize that the stairs can be a challenge for some guests. We also take cleanliness very seriously, and we’re disappointed to hear about the condition of the pillows. This is not the standard we strive for, and we will address this with our team to ensure it’s corrected for future guests. Regarding the patio, we appreciate your input and will consider your suggestion for adding chairs to enhance the outdoor experience. This place right on beach, not facing beach. Easy wal. Pool very nice clean. It was dissappointing that no chairs or chairs on patio. The 2nd bedroom is up a spiral stairs which is hard for older people. Upstairs is where king bed and bunk beds are, so plan carefully who gets to climb stairs, 1/2 bath upstairs. Downstairs queen bed full bath. Only 1 shower for all 5 of us. Kitchen very well stocked. The unit is up 38 steps. Which is actually 2nd floor 3rd if you count the car parking. Parking great but there is 40 charge to park. No washer dryer in unit. Has laundry room 4 to wash 3 dry. Refrigerator has ice maker which is great. The only reason I would not come back would be because of stairs and o ly 1 shower

All went easily from beginning to end (booking to check-in to check-out). No issues.

Do not rent this unit.I was texted that early check in was available. We came to the unit at 1pm to find the code would not work. It took 45 minutes to get in touch with host for a code to the lockbox to get a key. The main code wouldn’t work until 4pm. I had two new moms and their two infants waiting at the door with me, after two flights of stairs. Unit had rotting wood at the front door threshold, a mildew smell, and rolled back floor rug edges, with exposed tape under it. 2 towels and 4 wash cloths for 3 adults and two babies. We didn’t know the key only unlocked the digital deadbolt, not the door handle lock that we locked. We were locked out! I called host. It took 45 minutes to get maintenance en route. Then 45 minutes for permission to call a locksmith. I looked at the four windows and noticed one was unlocked. I raised the window to crawl inside to unlock the door!!! Good luck remembering a 10 digit lock code. Never got towels, wash cloths and wifi password I requested. The upstairs breaker tripped. I found the panel box hidden behind a picture frame and reset the breaker. 40 cash only, for a parking pass never mentioned in description. After a rain there was a pool of water by the back door. Washer/dryer is coin operated in community laundry on ground floor.Host has stopped responding to me and VRBO. I was advised by VRBO to leave this review.
