Summary:
The Townie is a beautiful and spacious home within walking distance to the Drake Devonshire, Wellington Beach, and a short drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park. This five-bedroom home is the perfect place to spend quality time with friends and family. In the heart of Prince Edward County, you have access to wineries, beaches, culinary experiences, and more! We can’t wait to host you! This home is licensed to host 10 guests - ST-2025-0095
The Space:
The Townie has 3 spacious bedrooms on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the lower level (the 2nd bedroom on the lower level only is accessible by walking through the 1st bedroom, however they are separated by a door).
Along with an updated kitchen and an open concept living and dining room, there is new flooring throughout the house. The bathroom on the main level has a separate shower and whirlpool tub and there is a full 4 piece bath on the lower level. There are 2 natural gas fireplaces in the home, one in the living room and one in the family room. The lower level is finished with a built in bar and foosball table. The backyard is fenced and has a partly in-ground pool and a full size barbecue . There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full fridge, stove and all your basic cooking supplies. Including, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. We provide towels for the guests.
For those looking to do a bit of remote work-from-home, we have high speed fibre internet with 1.5 Gbps download and 1.0 Gbps upload speeds.
Although the house is not childproofed with baby-gates and locks on cupboards, it is suitable for all families and ages.
Guest Access:
The entire home is yours! There is parking for three cars in the driveway. For extra cars, there's street parking and a parking lot close by. We have keyless entry and we will send you the code before you arrive.
Other Things to Note:
There is a washer and dryer in the lower level . Please bring your own laundry supplies (Laundry detergent, etc).
We have a security camera installed outside the front of the house to aid in security of the house when we are away.
