The Tauern Cycle Route, approximately 50 km long, also invites you to explore the countryside. Families love the high-altitude hiking trails through the Kitzbühel Alps and the Hohe Tauern. The Wildkogel high-altitude hiking area offers superb views of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can take the 6-seater gondola up the mountain. Zell am See, the Großglockner, Kitzbühel and Salzburg are all about 1.5 hours’ drive away.
