This home is located on a peaceful local road with year-round residents.

Our neighbors live here year-round, and your vacation is their everyday home. They like us, and we'd prefer to keep it that way!

We kindly ask that all guests respect quiet hours and help us preserve the calm, residential nature of our neighborhood.

We realize that we have a large home with a sweet backyard patio. You are welcome to have a few friends over, but please use your judgment.

Our home is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, or pre-event hosting.

Do not bring the party back here.

Don't have a huge pre-game gathering.

A few friends are fine.

We use and love this home throughout the year, and we are delighted to share it with respectful guests.

We ask that you treat the property with the same care and consideration you would your own home and leave everything in the same condition in which you found it.

Our Town of Provincetown occupancy permit allows a maximum of eight (8) guests - 2 guests per bedroom x 4 bedrooms = 8 occupants max.

If unauthorized sleeping arrangements are discovered or occupancy exceeds eight (8) guests, an additional charge equal to 25% of the total rental amount or $2,500 (whichever is greater) will apply.

The property was originally a single home and has since been divided into two separate rental units. Please note that there may be times when the owner is also staying in the basement unit during your visit. We are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience resulting from interactions with wildlife, domestic animals, or pets within or around the property. Guests are encouraged to exercise appropriate caution and supervision at all times, especially when outdoors or when children are present.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the shared natural surroundings.

Property Service Notice

Please note that routine property services, including but not limited to trash collection, lawn maintenance, and hot tub servicing, take place on a regular schedule. These visits may occasionally coincide with your stay and can occur at various times throughout the day.

There's no need to be alarmed if you see service personnel on the property. These routine visits help us keep the property well maintained and are often scheduled by the homeowners association or other service providers, so the timing is outside of our control. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

❗📣 Please note: Any violation of our house rules—including smoking anywhere on the property, unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties/events—may result in a minimum $500 violation fee, with additional charges if warranted by the violation. Depending on the severity of the violation, your stay may also be terminated immediately without a refund. Thank you for helping us keep the property enjoyable for all guests and neighbors.
