The Space:

Positioned directly along the Payette River, this spacious McCall retreat offers a rare combination of privacy, riverfront access, and comfortable gathering spaces designed for larger groups. Large windows throughout the main living area bring the river into view from nearly every angle, creating a peaceful backdrop throughout your stay.



The main level centers around the open-concept living space, where a large sectional, cozy fireplace, and flatscreen TV face the river. The dining area seats eight comfortably, while the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, ample storage, and an island with seating for three. River views continue from the kitchen, making even meal prep feel connected to the outdoors.



Just off the living room, sliding doors open directly onto the patio, where the Payette River flows only steps away. Outside, guests can enjoy the private hot tub, fire pit, and peaceful riverside setting surrounded by trees and natural beauty.



Also on the main level is a private bedroom tucked beside the river, featuring patio access, river views, a king bed, double-door closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bathroom and laundry area with washer and dryer are also located on this level.



Upstairs, the loft overlooks the main living area and river below, offering an additional space to relax with a large sofa and reading nook.



The upper-level primary suite features a queen bed with river views and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combination. The bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.



A bunk room with river views includes one full bed, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a flatscreen TV, and a double-door closet. Another upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed, wooded views, and a twin daybed for additional sleeping flexibility.
