The living room offers a cozy place to unwind, complete with a smart TV, a comfortable couch, loveseat, and recliner—plenty of seating for everyone to relax. Natural light pours in through the large door that leads to the balcony, drawing your eyes toward the water beyond.

This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a set of queen-over-queen bunk beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #3 includes 2 king size beds, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. 1 parking spot in front of the unit, the other vehicle must park behind the garages that are in front of the unit.
• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is a third-floor walkup unit with 20 steps required to reach the main entrance. An elevator is available for guest convenience.
• Portable crib provided.

It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
