Property Access: The three-story building is located above the "La Bodega" café at 180 Manuel Pineda Street, Commercial Zone, La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. The main entrance is a black wrought iron gate. To access the property, locate the safe on the door, enter the code, and slide the latch to retrieve the keys. Once inside, go up the stairs to the first floor, turn left, and you will find two apartments; yours is the one on the left. You will have access to your apartment, which is equipped with air conditioning, a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave), a bathroom with hot water and toiletries, a balcony, a TV, and Wi-Fi. You will also have access to the rooftop pool. The digital code for the door will be sent upon arrival. Close the door and press the lock button to secure it.
