Primary Bedroom – Features a comfortable queen bed and convenient access to a private half bath for added privacy and ease. A mounted TV makes it easy to unwind with your favorite show, while a dedicated desk and chair provide a quiet workspace for remote work or getting ready for a night out.

Bunk Room – Perfect for groups or families, this room includes two queen-over-queen bunk beds, giving everyone plenty of space to stretch out. It’s ideal for kids, or friends traveling together while still offering full queen comfort.

Third Bedroom – A welcoming double bed creates a snug and restful space, perfect for unwinding with a good night’s sleep after Austin adventures.

All bedrooms share access to the full bathroom (in addition to the primary’s half bath).

The home includes 1.5 bathrooms — a convenient half bath connected to the primary bedroom and one full shared bathroom for the rest of the home. Each bathroom is fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, fresh towels, and all the essentials so you can pack light and feel right at home.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave, and all the cookware and essentials you need to prepare meals at home. Whether you're making pancakes before heading to Zilker or grilling steaks for dinner, you’ll have everything required (note: no dishwasher).

The cozy living area invites you to sink into the comfortable sectional sofa, stream your favorite shows, or gather for conversation. Natural light and warm finishes create a welcoming atmosphere that feels both stylish and relaxed — the perfect space to reconnect.

Guests have full access to the entire home and backyard during their stay. The only restricted area is a small linen closet in the kitchen, which will remain locked and is reserved for our cleaning team.

The laundry room is located just outside the kitchen door and is secured with a separate lock. A code for the laundry room will be provided prior to check-in so you can use it anytime during your stay.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival.
