Easy Street

We loved the access to the bike paths and the relative ease of getting to other locations by car. The house was well provisioned in every respect and ready for immediate use. We would stay there again.

Wonderful

We have stayed at this property multiple times! We love it! The gated-community is safe and quiet. We love the central location. It is close to everything—shopping, hiking, restaurants. One of our favorite things about this property is the outdoor area. We always try to stay here when we come into town to visit family.

We had such a wonderful week at the Casa -- the home was sparkling clean and well-equipped for our family stay. We loved the beautiful backyard, and the community pool, and the convenient location (right near the river bike path!). We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

First trip to Tucson

Beautiful home. It was so nice that all the little things were available in the kitchen, laundry room, bathroom. Great location for our daily expeditions in a safe and secure neighborhood. We would stay here again any day.

Great place for a family

Checking in was a bit confusing with which code belonged to which lock box. Took a couple days to figure out the thermostat so had a couple cold days during the stay. Everything else we above expectation. Anything you wanted to eat or do was literally minutes away. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Wedding Fun

We stayed here for 5 days for my daughter’s wedding. The rental was easy to find, clean, comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with many necessities. The only issue we had was that the lock on the water pipe would not open for us. Luckily my son in law showed up shortly after us and he was able to unlock it. It was very cold the day we checked in and it may have just been frozen. Thank you for a great stay!

The best Vacation Rental

Should provide guide to Tv stations. Had trouble with accessing Netflix. Loved the house and decor. Super clean. Appreciate during Covid. Kitchen stocked well with everything we needed. Will tell our friends about this wonderful home.

LOVE this property, property manager needs better communication

We loved this house so much. It was perfect for our family -- the house itself, the pool, the playground, the outdoor space. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. GREAT property. However, we were disappointed in the property management company, Vacasa. They have lots of formal process that appear good, but tons of missing information in those processes. For example, we arrived in the dark and the instructions they sent to find the keys were not detailed enough (there are actually two different key lock boxes, which is not obvious in the dark), so we spent about 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get in at 1am. We also didn't realize Vacasa didn't give us a pool key until we stood outside the pool trying all the keys we had, failed, and thankfully a nice resident let us in. We later called Vacasa and they immediately said "the pool key is in the pantry." Why would they not include that information on the three pages of info they set out for us about the property? Vacasa did not know how to turn on the fire pit in the back yard, so that was a bummer because we were never able to use it, and that should also be included on the instructions. However, Vacasa was great insofar as there were enough basic supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, salt and pepper, cooking oil, etc) and the place was clean. Now that we know how everything works in this house, we will 100% go back, because we loved it. But we will avoid Vacasa for first-time rentals. We shared this feedback about insufficient information directly with Vacasa and the woman we spoke with was not particularly interested or concerned but agreed to 'make a note.' Hopefully it's clearer and easier for the next family!

Must read/ Bryan & Mary from management terrible!!!

Upon arrival, we had trouble getting in the gate, then getting into the rental. Once inside, the place was infested with bugs! It took us about 2 hours to clean up what was there, not knowing this was a "known" issue and going to be a continuous issue for the remainder of our 12 day stay. The bugs remained a HUGE constant issue. They crawled on us at night and in the bathrooms. The floors were so dirty we couldn't walk around barefoot because our feet were so black it was as if we were outside barefoot all day! I had to purchase my own toilet paper!! The washing machine smelled like mold and sewage. Bryan from management told me it was usable so i washed their sheets and towels in it, they came out black and smelling like mildew! Would you wash your clothes in there?? No! But he insisted it was usable, made me clean it and purchase cleaning supplies for their washer. Seriously??! I did, didn't make a difference. I went to a laundry mat, in a "safe" neighborhood because where this property is located, is not in a safe neighborhood!! Opener for the gate(s) barely works. I was there for business, so you can imagine how irritating it would be not being able to get out when you need to be somewhere. The garage opener is completely fried. Definitely needs replaced. The garage itself, well lets just hope you don't have a big car or you're not getting in or parking in the driveway. The pool, not even within walking distance. You have to drive and still walk a block.

This is a beautiful and relaxing property, loved it! Property management was changing at the time so initial check in was a little confused, just working out the kinks though. The management was very nice, available and responsive to any questions. I would undoubtedly recommend this place for anyone staying in Tucson!

Location was great, near bike path. clean and well stocked kitchen with spices, etc. Clear instructions, safe location, comfortable bed, relaxing environment; grill was great to have. Nice private back patio looking at Mt Lemon and the front/side captured the morning sun. Only downsides included the pool being a further distance from the house and the tandem garage vs a typical double. It was a little tighter pulling into the garage and getting the bikes out but was manageable.
