Gather up your friends and family and pack your sunscreen because this fabulous Palm Springs vacation home is the perfect getaway! Walk into this stylish modern interior and feel instantly at home. The living room is welcoming with comfortable modern furnishings, a 65' flatscreen TV, and plenty of seating for all. Get together with friends and family for a home-cooked meal at the indoor dining table with seating for up to eight. Just want a quick breakfast? Easily done with bar seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals and entertain guests. Head out to the lush backyard, completely surrounded by privacy hedges, and take a dip in the sparkling pebble-tec swimming pool with waterfall and bubbling hot spa. Great for relaxing with cocktails after a hard day of golf or shopping, you can float your cares away in the warm Palm Springs sun. There is also a fire pit, barbecue, covered patio, and plenty of seating, looking out to a lovely view West to Mt. San Jacinto.

WHAT'S NEARBY
This Palm Springs vacation retreat is conveniently located just three miles from downtown Palm Springs. Sitting just north of Highway 111, it's also close to Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert attractions as well! Start each morning on the right note with a sunrise hike over at Araby Trail mere minutes from your front door. When you want to head into town, don't hesitate to check out the delicious restaurants, art exhibits, and shops on Palm Canyon Drive. Not to mention, a day trip to Joshua Tree National Park is under 30 miles from home base!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Beautiful home!

Great for a family or as we did, 2 couples. Wonderful that we could have our 2 Pomeranians with us!! It's a lovely home and the pool and outdoor ambiance are wonderful day or night!! Would stay here again!

Property felt like a great value to us. Not the newest or fanciest place, but had everything we needed. Great yard, great location, and plenty of space and supplies for a holiday week with the family. Definitely recommend.

A little piece of paradise!

This property was just perfect for our group of three. The house was nicely appointed. Great location, seven mins from airport, but tucked inside a cozy neighborhood. We were in town for Stagecoach and this property was perfect for our needs. Quick drive to the highway and local stores. We spent our mornings having coffee on the terrace and then slipped into the hot tub and pool. Backyard is a great size and had everything we could need. Would definitely stay here again.

Not to shabby

This was a nice place. Has all the amenities you need inside and a nice pool area. Great Mountain View. Negative was that it was not super clean as far as the floors and dusty furniture. Nothing you can not clean quickly but I’m a stickler. Otherwise a great place.

Beautiful home but lacking amenities we expected

The home had everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Kitchen utensils, shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, tvs, pool table, plenty of space for 3 couples, etc. Just make sure Vacasa follows through with amenities you requested. Pool wasn’t heated.

The Bev - Convenience and Paradise all in One!

We have been fortunate to stay at the Bev three times, and won't hesitate to return! It is our home-away-from-home paradise in Palm Springs! The home is extremely comfortable, well-furnished with contemporary finishes, and within walking distance of all kinds of shops and restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need for a short or long-term stay. Vacasa takes extremely good care of their clients (Roxy is amazing!), and as long-time clients, we are very happy with their service. The only recommendation we have for the Bev is to improve the speed and efficiency of the spa heater. But other than that, the Bev is a 10/10 property!

Needed repairs

There were a number of issues with the property. Broken doors, main shower on and off brokeoff in my hand, fan on patio didn't work, ref filter neefed changing, the key to lock the front door didn't work, etc.

Lovely property

Sun- Wednesday stay. Lovely and spacious. Huge backyard with lots of seating. Great pool with waterfalls and plenty of big umbrellas to make shade. Covered patio too. Our little dog did great even in the heat - we did lay down towels on the patio for him to get to the grass to do his business! AC worked great and there were also box fans and ceiling fans. Beds were comfy and the three rooms were nicely decorated, tile floors throughout. A Keurig and a regular coffee maker plus every kind of kitchen appliance and lots of glass and plastic ware. They were very well stocked on both bath towels and pool towels and I loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. In the garage was a pool table and lots of books and games. We had groceries delivered the first day and had a delicious dinner from Fisherman’s Market & Grill. I would definitely stay here again. It’s also close to the airport.

Gorgeous Resort-Worthy Outdoor Area

The house is in a very nice, quiet little development at the south end of PS. Close to walking trails and grocery shopping. It is the absolutely best equipped house we have ever stayed in. There is not one piece of kitchen equipment or condiment that was lacking. All good quality as well. Even had sharp cooking knives! The three bedrooms were comfortable. It was nice to have two king beds with the third being a queen. The beds were extremely comfortable. The master bath was ensuite and the two others shared a hall bath. The outdoor area was huge and private with many different seating areas and a welcome shaded area as well. It made it easy to be outside at any time of the day. The pool and spa were beautiful but their heating system seemed antiquated and erratic. We really could not get it to heat up on demand and then it would turn off by itself. It was disappointing. We had paid extra for 6 days of heated pool which vacasa has offered to refund. All in all we had a great and very comfortable stay with our grown daughter and son in law and their 4 month old baby.

This house is amazing. However there were a few disappointments. The fireplace did not work. The house book explains where the gas turn on is located but there was no valve to be found as described in the photo. Additionally the shower handle is not secure and fell off, the outdoor garbage cans were completely full. We arrived the day after the book indicated garbage was supposed to be picked up. And my whole family is leaving with sever mosquito bits. I contacted the lady who checked us in. She said a maintenance person would contact me about the fire pits . This never happened. I reached out about the garbage and never received a response. Our garbage was placed on top of the full cans. Other than that, this house provides amazing space for family to come and visit when we are in town.

Wonderful backyard and pool area

Very good location, house very nice and clean and suitable for us. The big deal for us was the wonderful backyard. Unfortunately it was a little bit cold so we didn’t use the pool but it looks like it would be great on a warm day.

Renters beware....you'll never want to leave!

This house was amazing! The location is central to supermarkets, minutes away from restaurants & downtown & in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean, the backyard has an amazing pool with waterfalls and plenty of grass for our fur baby. The kitchen had every utensil, supply & cleaning products needed. I'm already planning on coming back! Thank you to vacasa, I had not heard of vacasa before this trip but you won't regret booking with them...their service is exceptional! We even ended up booking another night.

Perfect Oasis

The pool area and backyard is gorgeous. Lush and green with everything you need for lazing by the pool, including pool toys and plenty of sun shades and lounge chairs. The home was very clean and spacious, with all the kitchen amenities you will need. You might want to bring your own pillow as the bed linens are a little uncomfortable, but we would definitely return!

Perfect place for a girls' weekend

The Bev was an amazing home base for a group of 5 for a girls' weekend. We all fit comfortably within the spacious home and never felt like we were crowded. There are plenty of different areas to hang out in: outside on the loungers by the pool, underneath the shaded area in the back, along the couches inside, and around the large dining table. We spent most of our time by the pool and we loved the serene atmosphere of the backyard and palm trees. The house is only a 7-10 min drive from the main area of Palm Springs and we mostly ordered Lyfts/Ubers to get around. The house was stocked with everything you could imagine! The towels were also very soft. I'm already planning another stay just so that I can lay by the pool again.
