This vacation rental features a spectacular stone-bordered pool with a waterfall spa surrounded by a meticulously maintained, south-facing yard. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a natural stone gas fireplace, high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and a 47' flatscreen TV. Nearby, you can prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, galley kitchen, and then dine together at the adjacent table for six. And outdoors, soak up some of that year-round California sunshine while you splash about in your pool and take in the view of the surrounding mountains.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood in a quiet corner of La Quinta, part of the greater Palm Springs area. The Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held at the Empire Polo Club, just a little over six miles from your door. Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is only seven miles east of this rental if you want to try your luck at some adult gaming. Great home

If you want space and outdoor living, this is the home. Well it is far from Palm Springs, it offers a pool and spa experience where you don’t want to leave home. Very clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Good vacay

Home was well furnished and had a nice pool. It was a bit unsettling to be woken up early by the neighbors dogs every morning and to have 6 different maintenance workers come through at different times unannounced during the day or very early in the morning while we were sleeping

Not a tropical paradise

The digital check in did not work. It took half an hour on he phone to be told to find a lock box in the bushes for a real key.Half the windows had not been washed in weeks.The grill did not work.The lighter to the outdoor fire pit did not work.The neighbor to the left had two small dogs that barked constantly when we tried to enjoy the backyard.Worst of all the fence around the property is totally dilapidated and falling over. The back fence was so deteriorated there was a foot of open space at the bottom. The neighbors two German Shepards came under the fence and attacked our two dogs and my spouse.Vacasa response to all of the above was nothing. They were contacted three times and were totally unconcerned.I will never rent from a Vacasa managed property again.This house is way over marketed, way over priced for what it is, is not a luxury property and should be taken off your website.

House was as good as shown. Bed was good , a/c worked, and the pool was beautiful. The best part is you have complete privacy it's like you are on a secluded island.

Nice and spacious home

We had a great time at the home. The house is spacious and clean, and well equipped. However, the pool was not clean.It had a lot of dust and bugs. The local gentleman who called us told us that there had been a lot of wind last week. And that the pool cleaning is only on Thursdays and Mondays. We arrived Thursday evening and the pool was already dirty. There was no way the pool was cleaned that morning. We chose not to pay the extra money to warm the pool, which was very expensive, and should have been included in the price we paid for the home. Even without heating, we were NOT able to get in the pool because it was dirty! Suggestion: cover the pool with a fine cover until the guests arrive. That will prevent dust, bugs and leaves from being in the pool.

Love the privacy and the pool!

The pool is stunning and the neighborhood is so quiet. The house is really lovely and well designed. The kitchen looks recently updated with a new gas stove and very clean fridge. But some things definitely need some minor repairs/updates. The master bathroom tub faucet needs replacing. As does a sink in the guest bathroom which is leaking. The outdoor furniture is not very comfortable and in pretty rough shape as is the living room couch. The internet service is extremely spotty and the instructions for the remotes do not match the remotes for the TV. Lastly, the fence is really in need of replacing. It’s a falling down mess. Which is a pretty big expense for the owners but if I were the neighbors of this house, I’d be pretty annoyed at the lack of care. Anyway, we did love the house! It was so cute! It just needs a little love.

Comfortable retreat

Property was as described in the listing. Called ahead to make sure the pool/spa would be heated upon arrival, but it was not. Manager apologized and gave us credit for the days it was unusable.

Lovely stay

A very suitable property For 3 couples traveling together. Plenty of supplies and great internet. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. My only concern was the shower in the master BR…. Very slippery. I purchased a non skid mat to use during our stay. This could be a serious concern for older adults. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again

Nice property!

Property managers were responsive to all my needs. The gas tanks to the bbq, fire pit were empty. Two of the three were replace the next day. The pool was not as blue as in the pictures. Nor did it have working lights. After about four- six emails/phone calls, I was told how to turn on the lights in the pool manually. The app was not working for me. The pool water color was green tinged. We used the pool without much hesitation as it was 118 degrees! There are three outdoor umbrellas that were pictured in their backyard. Upon arrival there were only two, one of which was broken and not usable. Other than this, the property was centrally Located to everything we needed! There were plenty of linens for indoor and outdoor use. The landscaping in the backyard was very pretty.

Disappointed

A few things were not disclosed before renting the property. 1) can NOT have any guests over the six (6) that is listed. Reason, per “Fire Marshal”. Not true. 2) if we wanted the jacuzzi or pool heater on, needed to request in advance for an additional fee. Pictures are outdated, the backyard is not as it looks. Pool is not clear, furniture is falling apart, patio cushions are coming apart. I was extremely embarrassed and disappointed.

Great quiet getaway

Comfortable, clean, quiet getaway. It's a little isolated and pretty far away from anything, but if you're just looking to relax and enjoy the sunshine it is great. Pool area is the highlight of the house by far, although the outdoor furniture is way past its useful life and should be replaced ASAP! Would stay again though.

Mostly perfect

This is a GREAT property. The house is a perfect size for two people and the backyard pictures speak for themselves! It is beautiful and amazing. There were two things that were unexpected during our trip. First, and the biggest problem is you don’t work with a house owner you work with a property management company. That is a BIG problem. We had mixed message constantly about how to check in during Covid. We finally had to call (and wait online for 20 minutes) to find out what to do. Second, there were three TVs in the house with multiple remotes and not one explanation. We never could get live TV, couldn’t get one of them to work at all, and the main tv only had Netflix and Amazon working. We would have told owners they needed instructions, but this big management company..... they will never know. (Also wanted to tell them the grill outside wasn’t working.) I know these are small things, but frustrating. Other than that, the house was perfect and clear and well appointed (the kitchen could use more cooking items) and we would go back without question. But, the management company is a problem.

Pool + Sun was Amazing - House Amenities/Upkeep Lacking

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Backyard pool area was incredible, Hot Tub/Spa was delightful. However, know before you go... pay to heat the pool/spa. That made ALL the difference. Our kids were in the pool non-stop and were able to enjoy the pool all day because it was heated. I gave 3 stars on cleanliness because overall the house was "as clean as it was going to get" with it being a pretty old and out-dated house (which you can't tell from the advertised photos). There were also several bandaids left around the outside of the pool area (gross). Our biggest complaint would be the lacking amenities and broken patio furniture. These are easy items to replace and, in my opinion, make a huge difference to a guests quality of stay. The patio table pictured is falling apart, both Adirondack chairs are broken, one pool mat is falling apart and looks super gross, all the pots/pans were in disrepair, there was no cooking oil or spices (the spices they had were like 20 years old in a spice rack on the counter, it should just be tossed). And although the pool was amazing, I understand why there were so many bandaids, it is very rough and my entire family was bleeding from time to time. But they have a solid supply of margarita glasses and cocktail glasses, which was a plus : ) Again, overall we had a fabulous time, I just wish I would have known how old and in disrepair the home and patio furniture was. And hopefully based off this feedback, the owners can update some of these items to improve their guests stay.

This place is just amazing!!!! The privacy is the best part. We were glad to arrive to a clean fresh house. The pool is just how the pictures shows. No lie! Everything was just above expectations. Super recommend this house.

Out to date pool/spa info

The house was great, perfect size for my small family. upon arrival at night time after a 5 Hour Dr. I was really expecting the pool and spa to be turned on for us as requested prior with the property management. It was not, both were freezing cold. We we super bummed because all wanted to unwind in the spa after that long drive. i found in the folder inside the house with the directions on how to turn them on, but they were outdated and did not coincide with the outside pool equipment. We were not able to get somebody out there to fix it until later In the afternoon the next day… We were super bummed about that as well. Once we got it going everything was good. But a short three day weekend and we only were able to use the pool half the time. my poor 3 yr old daughter sat at the edge quietly crying cause “dadddy...the pool is too cold”

Tropical Paradise in the backyard

My Husband & I are both disabled & the first thing was the garage door didn't work. We were there 4 nights and it never was fixed. It really took it's toll on us having to lift it and then shut it everytime we went in and out. Dishwasher didn't work. All dishes had to be hand washed. Place needs a good deep cleaning. It was a very comfortable home, but needs a lot of TLC. Backyard was amazing other than having the landscapers show up when we were lounging in the pool. Not happy about that. Total miscommunication between the Owner & the Management Company. Easy getting into the property & leaving. Had to have someone come out and fix the TV. For the money, I would go somewhere else. Sorry to say, the backyard was the only good thing about this home. It could be a great place if it was cared for. Also, there were left over pubic hairs in the master tub. They really need to get a new cleaning crew here. Wanted to turn and run the first night.
