Beautiful views of the Santa Catalina Mountains encircle this charming home - and you can enjoy them from your very own private pool and pool spa! This is the home for guests truly looking to enjoy indoor/outdoor living, with a propane firepit, pool seating, and a fully furnished poolside dining area. The private gas grill may become the main hub during dinnertime.

Inside, enjoy your favorite music on the sound dock while cooling off in the central air-conditioning. There's plenty of room for everyone to gather around the gas fireplace, and a desk workspace is set up in one bedroom for anyone who needs to complete some remote work during their stay. The well-equipped, full kitchen (featuring a prep island that doubles as a breakfast bar for four guests) features the full-size appliances and all the kitchen equipment you need to prepare delicious meals together.

Enjoy the natural beauty of the valley and mountains at this home, in a friendly neighborhood setting that allows you the best of all worlds.

Comfy cozy stay in Oro Valley

What a great stay for our party of 4. Loved using the fireplace on cold mornings. The back patio is a great space to relax and has a terrific Mountain View. Would definitely rent again!

Weekend away

My sister came into town & decided to have a relaxing weekend. The house was amazing and clean! Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool and the spa. The patio furniture was very comfortable for us to sit after a nice swim or drinking tea in the morning.

Perfect for our pre-Christmas for 2 adults, 2 teens

The house was a great size for hosting us + 2 local grandparents for several meals. Clean, functional kitchen with gas. Paid the extra for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it, even in December with overnight lows in the 40’s, it heated efficiently without running a ton. Quiet neighborhood; definitely a family street. Convenient to All Seasons (Retirement) and Oro Valley RMC.

Beautifully appointed! Would stay again.

This house lacked nothing! Very complete kitchen and everything was first-class from silverware to patio furniture. This home was furnished for an owner, not a renter as far as quality is concerned. There was ample supply of needed items such as dishwashing soap and even washing machine detergent. I was most impressed and would definitely rent again. Great location.

Bedrock Get-Away

We loved the view of the mountains from the yard including great sunrise and sunset. Backyard furniture was comfortable for hanging outside too. The master bath especially nice with that gigantic shower. Kitchen well stocked and lots of space for cooking. We only missed not having the garage available and not knowing that up front. Overall, we really liked the house and enjoyed our lengthy stay there.

Everything was awesome. Im not sure that the pool skimmer was working properly - Minor complaint but something to have looked at. Plenty of dead bugs floating but the skimmer basket never had bug in it

Overpriced for amenities received.

The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a great location to shopping and restaurants. The parking is inadequate, and there is no access to the garage. The pool and jacuzzi are on a very hi tech computer system. There were nothing but problems. We had to have the jacuzzi repaired three times, and you have no access to the temperature control. If you use the jacuzzi more than three hours per day, they charge you $105.00. If you want to heat the pool at all, it is $105.00 per day. Why bother having a pool, you will never use it at that price. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans are inadequate, so bring your own. It’s unfortunate, because it is a nice house in a quiet, nice neighborhood. But…

We're sorry you weren't more impressed, Gregg. The jacuzzi is at a set temperature of 102 degrees; the remote turns the spa on so it will be ready within 20 minutes. Then the remote needs to be used to turn it off when done. If the jacuzzi is left running all day, we do have to charge for pool heat. There is no cost to use the jacuzzi when instructions are adhered to. Thank you!

Good, despite problems

Overall, the stay was good! The house way clean, in a safe / quiet neighborhood, and close to the things we wanted to do. However, the house has some problems. The kitchen lights didn't work consistently, including the light above the stove, and the island lights,which made cooking at night difficult. The back door screen feel off the track, and we couldn't get it back on. All three propane tanks wer empty, and no one available to replace them, so we had to find a store to replace them on our own time (we were reimbursed for that). The outdoor decorative lights didn't work in front or back. This included the lights in the hot tub - they did not work. The heat did work, so still usable. I called to report these issues on day two of our seven day stay. The house manager was very nice, and apologetic, but said they have one repair person for over 200 houses, and the issues wouldn't be fixed while we were there. So, that was a bit disappointing. Especially the hot tub - as the manager stated that the pool company had to come out to look at that. All of these issues were not dealbreakers, but annoying to work around. The house was a perfect size for a six people. We had two kids, and four adults. The kitchen had a lot of supplies, and included things we needed to cook most meals at home. I might suggest the owners provide additional pool towels, as towels are limited to about one set per person when the house is at capacity (six). The neighborhood park was very close by and great play area for our two kids- a nice idea to include it in the listing, as that helped us select this house for our vacation.
