• This property is for people that want to stay fit and healthy and include some exercise with their stay. It's located on the 4th floor. The access to the property is stairway access only.



House Rules

• No loud parties.

• Maximum of 6 registered guests overnight.

• A maximum of 12 people may be in the apartment at any one time.

• Please no smoking or vaping in the apartment.

• Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable at all times.

• Please report any damage or malfunction to the apartment so we can repair the damaged item.



Please note that a decibel/noise monitor is installed in the apartment to help prevent excessive noise and ensure compliance with building policies. The device measures sound levels only and does not record audio or video. For security purposes and the safety of our guests, there is an exterior camera in the hallway, facing exterior access areas only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment, and guest privacy is fully respected.
