There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleep space. The sun room off the back is the perfect space for reading or watching the sun come up.

Three kayaks and four bikes are available to explore both land and sea. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and coolers for personal use as well as some yard games (ladder ball and Spike ball) and pickleball gear. Englewood Beach on Manasota Key is only 3 miles away. Englewood Sports Complex is only 2.5 miles away with pickleball courts.

The garage also has an additional shower stall and toilet closet that are not included in listing description- see pictures. There is a washer and dryer for guest use in the garage. The back patio has a propane grill with seating area.
Bring your fishing poles and fish from the canal. Boat rentals available at nearby marinas or launch your own at nearby Ainger Creek Park. We have 30 feet of dock to tie up to. Lift is not for guest use. Boats must be low clearance to get under the two bridges between our dock and Lemon Bay.
