Welcome to a beautifully restored 1907 industrial loft in Cleveland’s Midtown neighborhood. Once part of the American Tin Can Company, this spacious property blends historic character—exposed brick, timber beams, and soaring ceilings—with modern comfort. Enjoy a unique stay in a thoughtfully renovated space that honors its rich industrial past while offering today’s amenities.
The Space:
Welcome to Loft 40 — a spacious, one-of-a-kind retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and having fun together.
As you enter, you’re greeted by a large game room featuring a ping pong table and plenty of room to spread out with friends and family. Two convenient half baths are located on this level. Through the garage, step into the fully fenced backyard with turf — perfect for outdoor hangouts.
Head up to the second floor to find the main living space, complete with ample seating, a large comfy sofa, and a big-screen TV — ideal for movie nights or game days. The fully stocked kitchen overlooks the living area and has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. A spacious dining area offers seating for the whole group, plus there’s a full bathroom on this floor for added convenience.
On the third floor, you’ll find all five bedrooms. Embracing the open loft style, four of the bedrooms are semi-private, with one fully enclosed room for added privacy.

• Bedrooms 3 & 5: Queen beds
• Bedroom 4: Enclosed king suite
This floor also features a large full bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy plush towels and thoughtfully provided bath essentials throughout your stay.

Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry on the front door. Guests are given a unique code within 72 hours of checking in.
Guests will have access to the entire property. There are five convenient non-metered street parking spots directly in front of the building. If those happen to be occupied, you’ll find plenty of additional free street parking available along the street.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Cleveland’s vibrant Midtown neighborhood, this area blends historic industrial charm with a growing creative energy. You’ll find art studios, local breweries, coffee shops, and event spaces woven among beautifully restored brick buildings. Just minutes from Downtown, University Circle, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Clinic, and Playhouse Square, it’s a convenient home base for exploring the city. Midtown offers an authentic urban feel with easy access to highways, making it simple to get wherever you need to go while enjoying a unique, up-and-coming neighborhood atmosphere.
Getting Around:
Getting around is easy from this Midtown location! Just minutes from Downtown, University Circle, Cleveland Clinic, and Playhouse Square, you’ll have quick access to the city’s top attractions. Driving or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is the most convenient option, with major highways nearby. Prefer public transit? The RTA HealthLine and train are close by, and seasonal bikes and scooters make short trips fun and easy.
Other Things to Note:
There is a freight elevator that is NOT for guest use.
There's also a fireplace that is NOT for guest use.
HOUSE RULES:
NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, events or large gatherings allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
LOCAL GUESTS -- All local (Cleveland-based) guests must have at least 2+ positive reviews to book this property. Local guests must have a detailed explanation for renting due to past negative experiences with local guests (see the no parties/large gatherings rule).
PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture.
EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
Early Check in & Late Check out: We can accommodate up to 2 hours early check in or late check out for a $30/hour fee. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours for this request in order for us to organize our schedule.
As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest.

Guests will have their autonomy in the house. We, a team of expert hosts, are message away if anything is needed or there are questions about the property.
