Welcome to your A-Frame just 6 minutes from Sugarloaf Ski Resort’s access road. Enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, & Ice fishing in the winter months.

Summer activities include hiking, golfing, downhill mountain biking, ATV trails, boating, & tours of flagstaff lake with its interesting history. After a day outdoors, relax in the private hot tub or cozy up inside with a book, movie, or relax with music on the soundbar.

Bigelow Basecamp has a fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room with electric fireplace. Bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms that are open to one another, one has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Between the twin beds you will find access to the second floor balcony. On the back deck you will find your Hot Tub!

Just 6 minutes to the sugarloaf access road, 3 minutes to the town of Stratton and Flagstaff lake. Your 3/4 acre lot also abuts the 37,000 acres of the Bigelow Preserve.

Ski and Snowboard Sugarloaf, enjoy Nordic skiing and snowshoeing, go ice fishing or hop on a snowmobile and explore some of Maines ITS trail system.

When the snow melts, grab your clubs and hit the Sugarloaf golf resort, rip some turns at the Sugarloaf bike park or take a casual ride on easier family friendly trails. Hike a section of Appalachian Trail or explore other local trails, spend the day boating and fishing on nearby lakes and rivers. Rent an ATV or bring your own to explore some of Maines nearby trails.

After a full day outside, return to the warmth and comfort of the A-Frame — the ideal place to unwind, recharge, and plan your next adventure. Whether you’re here for powder days, summer trails, or fall foliage, Bigelow Basecamp is your home base in the mountains.
