The beautiful vacation home Fonoll is located only a few minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach of Alcudia in the beautiful north of the island. The property used to be a rural country estate, the Mediterranean character of this holiday finca is noticeable both inside the house and through its location in this natural landscape. The 200 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly holiday home includes Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning in all bedrooms and a television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request. The private outdoor area of the home is embedded in the natural landscape of Mallorca. A magnificent pool forms the centre of this property, where you can enjoy the sun of Mallorca on comfortable sun loungers. A small children's playground and a beautiful lawn invite to fun and games. On an attractively designed and covered terrace you can spend cosy barbecue evenings, the bricked BBQ grill and another covered and fully equipped kitchen make outdoor life an experience. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants can be found after a 7-minute drive (3.5 km) to Santa Margalida, and the nearest beaches are located in Can Picafort, 13 km or a 15-minute drive away. Palma de Mallorca and the airport are within a 50-minute drive from the property.
