Spanning 45 m², the apartment features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The rooftop terrace faces west. The beach is approximately 50 m away.<br><br>From the furnished rooftop terrace, accessible from the living room, you can enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea. The comfortable sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) and the dining area for 4 people invite you to enjoy cozy moments together. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books.<br><br>To prepare your culinary delights, the kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner stovetop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher.<br><br>You’ll enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The windows are equipped with curtains to block out the light. A spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe is located in the living room. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
