You’ll enjoy your stay in this 3-room vacation apartment, which sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Your vacation home is located on the first floor and features a south-east-facing terrace. The approximately 68 m² of living space includes a living and dining area, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 400 m from the vacation complex.

Surrounded by greenery, you’ll enjoy lovely moments outdoors on the furnished terrace. The living room, with two seating areas, opens onto the balcony. A TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. The kitchen is a separate room and features a dining nook. It is equipped with an oven, a 4-burner stovetop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

For a restful night’s sleep, the bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The rooms can be darkened with curtains. You can store your luggage in a closet or a dresser. The bathroom with a shower is accessible via the hallway. The vacation rental features laminate flooring. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is included with the vacation rental and is located right next to the property. Bicycles can be stored in a shed next to the house. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 meters away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable stay for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
