Vacation Apartment No. 13 in the Sünnslag vacation complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The 3-room apartment, which features a south-facing balcony, is located on the first floor. The apartment, with approximately 59 square meters of living space, features a living and dining area, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The beach is only about 400 m from the Sünnslag vacation complex.

The bright and cozy living area is furnished with a modern corner sofa and an armchair. The spacious dining area seats up to four people. The furnished balcony is accessible from the living room. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a docking station provide entertainment. The living and dining areas feature tile flooring.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. The kitchen area is tiled.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed featuring a single, continuous mattress (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe as well. Curtains provide privacy at the windows. Both bedrooms have carpeted floors.

The shower room is tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The apartment’s designated parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or patio. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and—in some cases—separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
