Welcome to our 5 bedroom luxury mountain retreat located minutes from the Winter Park/Sol Vista Ski Resorts and the Winter Park/Fraser Valley area. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac situated among beautiful pine trees, this well appointed private home boasts 3,324 square feet of spacious living space, magnificent mountain views and luxurious accommodations that can sleep up to 16 people (4 bedrooms with king beds, one bunk room with 4 queen beds, and 2 queen sofa beds in the living areas). Each bedroom comes equipped with high-end, premium mattresses, down pillows and high thread count linens.

Uniquely designed with comfort and privacy in mind, this open, multi-level floor plan affords all the space you need for privacy or group gatherings ranging from 10 to 16 people. Guests will enjoy an expansive gourmet kitchen and ample dining area, two separate living spaces, a game room with a ping pong table and dart board, 2 private decks, a high-end salt water hot tub, dedicated laundry room and one car garage.

From early morning until late afternoon our home is filled with sunshine. It is thoughtfully appointed with high-end finishes throughout, including slab granite counter tops, custom tile and stone and beautiful wood finishes. Decorated in soothing rich colors, it offers the perfect blend of mountain ambiance and elegance making it the ideal choice for families or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful summer or ski vacation in the mountains.

But most importantly, when you stay at our house, you are just minutes away from world class downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, the Fraser tubing hills and the Recreation Center. You can get around town and to the Winter Park Ski Resort on the FREE ski and town shuttle. The shuttle stop is conveniently located at the end of the drive. In the summertime you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding, boating, rafting, golf and more plus you are only a short drive from the town of Grand Lake or the world renowned Rocky Mountain National Park . This convenient location also provides you with quick access to stores and restaurants.

MAIN LEVEL:

Entry – Arrive to your vacation getaway through the front door into a rustic-themed entry with bench seating and slate flooring, closet space for your coats and shoes and a half bath. Adjacent access to the garage provides adequate storage space for your ski gear and is complete with snow shoes and sports gear for your enjoyment.

Gourmet Kitchen – Share stories about the day’s adventures while you gather around the large center island in this spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Guaranteed to please any gourmet cook, this kitchen offers a fast heating induction cook top, oven, microwave, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets and more. Small appliances include a deluxe coffee maker/grinder, crock pot, pancake griddle, blender, hand mixer, food processor and toaster. The cabinets are fully stocked with place settings and drinkware for 20 and we have even included table linens for special occasions and holidays. For your convenience, we also provide basic spices, condiments, coffee and coffee filters. The gas grill on the deck is great in any season. The large dining area with two tables is the perfect setting for a family dinner or entertaining guests.

Living Area – Relax and enjoy the views and the warm glow of the fireplace from one of the 3 comfortable couches in the spacious living room. This inviting living space features a large gas fireplace, 46” HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player and 20 foot vaulted ceilings, making it a perfect place to enjoy a family movie.

Master Retreat – Enjoy the convenience of the main floor master as you make your way there from the gourmet kitchen after a long day of playing in the mountains. The luxury king-sized pillow top mattress provides for a restful night’s sleep and the master bath has a spa-like feel complete with terry cloth robes! Over-sized closets and a large dresser can accommodate your personal belongings.

TOP LEVEL:

Bedroom 2 – King size bed with premium mattress, large dresser and closet space, iPod compatible radio and picture window with wonderful mountain views.

Bedroom 3 - King size bed with premium mattress, large dresser and closet space, sitting area, iPod compatible radio and picture window with mountain and pine tree views.

Top level bathroom is shared with bedrooms 2 and 3. It has double vanity sinks, granite counter top and a slate stone tub/shower.

BOTTOM LEVEL:

Living Area – The spacious second living area includes two large sofas (one is a queen sleeper) and a recliner loveseat. Watch TV or a movie on the 46” HDTV with DVR or enjoy some game time on the latest Xbox 360 with Kinect. We also have board games, puzzles and books for your entertainment pleasure.

Game Room- Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong or darts in the downstairs game room.

Rear Deck/Hot Tub - Double French doors lead the way to the rear deck to enjoy a relaxing evening under the stars in the private high end, Hot Spring salt water hot tub.

Bedroom 4 - King size bed with premium mattress, large dresser and closet space, desk area, iPod compatible radio and mountain views from the bedroom window.

Bedroom 5 - Two sets of custom made queen-over-queen bunk beds with unique storage space and premium mattresses sleep a total of 8, making this an ideal room for the kids.

Lower level bath is shared with bedrooms 4 and 5 and includes a full size sink, cabinet space and tub/shower.

Laundry room – The high efficiency extra large washer and dryer will accommodate all your laundry needs. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience.

BASIC AMENITIES:

Basic amenities include all paper products, soaps, detergents, hairdryers as well as a selection of DVD/Blue Ray movies, Xbox games, board games and puzzles. The house is also equipped with free WIFI, cable and phone service.

BOOKING: 50% deposit due at the time of booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit is also required.

Please note that we require renters be at least 25 years old and furthermore that all individuals in the rental party younger than 25 years of age be under the supervision of a related adult of 25 years or older.

VRBO recently forced owners to choose from several standard cancellation options. Our policy is a 100% refund for cancellations outside of 60 days and a 50% percent for cancellations outside of 30 days. However, if we are able to re-book the dates, we will refund 90% of the paid amount outside of 30 days.
