The Living28 Kaarst boarding house is divided into two building units and features 13 fully furnished apartments with high-quality, modern amenities. Depending on the category, the living space ranges from 40 m² to 70 m². All apartments feature a kitchen and are equipped with a stove, freezer and refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave with a grill function, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms feature either a shower or a bathtub. Some of the apartments have a balcony. With the 42" smart TV in the living and sleeping areas, you can use various apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and many more. Bedding, towels, and toiletries from the “V-Touch Concept” line are included as standard amenities. Outdoor parking spaces are available at the building and can be used free of charge.
