The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home in Anaheim, California! Our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, with 6 beds including a full-sized foldout sleeper in the living room. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds - perfect for families with children.



Our home is equipped with central air and heat throughout, ensuring your comfort in any weather. The master bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and faucets. The living room and family room both feature flat panel TVs, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The open kitchen with island is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, with all the necessary appliances and utensils provided. A stroller, highchair, and pack n play are available for use, making it easy for families with young children to travel light.



Step outside to enjoy your own private oasis in the backyard, complete with a fenced-in, child-safe pool, a natural gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining table. The natural gas fire pit is perfect for keeping warm on chilly nights or creating a cozy ambiance.



Our home also offers garage parking for your convenience. Disneyland is just a 10-minute drive away, and Universal Studios is approximately a 45-minute drive. There are plenty of other local attractions nearby as well, such as Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, and Angel Stadium. Other Things to Note:

Heating the pool during cold months will be assessed at $60/day upon request. Please inform management that you would like the pool heated no later than 72 hours before your reservation. We can not accommodate turning the heat on after that. The pool is heated to 87-90 deg. Please request a lower temperature if needed. Due to the amount of time it takes to heat the pool, we can not heat the pool for only part of your stay. It is all or nothing.



The pool is an outdoor pool. Debris from the surrounding landscaping will make its way into the pool. It is impossible to prevent plant debris from getting into the pool. The pool is not considered to be dirty when plant debris is in the pool.
