Beautiful custom AZ home with your own private Casita, offers you and your guests the peace & tranquility you're looking for, with room to spread out.
Perfect location. Tucked away in one of the most desirable areas of Gold Canyon, in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by majestic saguaro cactus and natural desert landscape.
This property offers 4 bedrooms total & 4 bathrooms total. In the main house you will find 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, additionally there is a one bedroom casita with its own bathroom and its own private entrance. The primary bedroom in the home is furnished with a king bed & sitting area, a large en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub and tiled shower. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the casita is furnished with a queen bed and has it's own full bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 8 people. We do allow up to 2 extra guests for no charge, with no additional bedding provided.
Our property has a full Laundry room with Washer & dryer.
Large formal dining room with seating for 8, and a dinette off of the kitchen with seating for 4 and additional seating at the kitchen bar for 4 more.
The large kitchen is a perfect place to whip up a delicious meal. You will enjoy granite counter tops, a 5 burner gas cooktop, oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator (all brand new appliances), and tons of counter space! Kitchen is open to living room, with bar seating, perfect for spending quality time with your group!
Basic kitchen essentials provided; pots/pans, dishes etc. A Keurig coffee maker, a traditional coffee maker and a startup supply of k-cups, sugar packets.
The living room is spacious and open to the kitchen. Perfect for families!
In addition to the living room, there is a cozy den for you to relax and enjoy, with comfy sofas, a TV and selection of board games to choose from.
The outdoor area is very inviting, There is a large area of artificial grass, a golf putting pad, corn-hole, built in BBQ, refrigerator and sink. There is plenty of seating for everyone and many places to relax and enjoy the peaceful sound of birds chirping nearby.
The heated lap pool/swim-spa is so much fun! You can sit back & relax with the massage jets or use as a swimming pool or turn on the swim mode and swim against a current. There is NO ADDED COST for heating!
Nearby you will find golfing, restaurants and great hiking trails.

We do not allow large PARTIES at this property; this is a quiet/peaceful neighborhood not intended for loud parties/events. SMOKING is not allowed at this property.
To ensure property is free of pet allergens for all guests, we do not allow any PETS at this property.
There is free parking directly on the property (driveway parking) that can accommodate several vehicles.
