New Listing! "Boomtown Bungalow"! In Town off Main Street, 2 Bed, 2 bath Close to 2 Chairlifts!
Boomtown Bungalow – The Mountain is Right Outside Your Door!
Ski town central. Two blocks to the lifts. One block to the river. Zero excuses to stay in bed — any time of year.
You know that feeling when everything just clicks? That's Boomtown Bungalow. Roll out of bed, pour a cup, and in the time it takes to lace up your boots you could be loading a chairlift in winter — or heading out to the Nature Trail, the river, or a festival in the park come summer. This freshly updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 2-level cabin is planted right in the thick of town — just off Main Street — with a front-row seat to the ski area and just about everything else worth doing year-round. It sleeps 6, so plan accordingly and get your group locked in early.
Yes, the Location Really Is That Good The Copper Chairlift and the Platinum Chairlift are each a two-block walk from the front door. Two. Blocks. You're not riding a shuttle, not circling a parking lot — you're just walking. In winter, you've got a clear, unobstructed view of the Boomtown ski run right out the window — you can literally watch people shred the mountain while your coffee brews. Come summer, that same view turns into a stunning backdrop for hiking the popular Nature Trail, fishing the river just one block away, or hopping on the Platinum Chairlift for a scenic ride to the top of the mountain — no skis required. Catch one of the town's signature events at Brandenburg Park right next door too. The Car Show, Vino in the Valley, Aspencade Arts & Crafts, Oktoberfest — the town knows how to throw a party no matter the season. Main Street's restaurants and shops are a short stroll from the porch whether there's snow on the ground or wildflowers on the hillside. This is the kind of location people brag about.
Sleep Well. You've Earned It. The main floor bedroom has a King bed and a TV, with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower — because after a full day on the mountain, a good soak isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. Head upstairs and you'll find the open loft bedroom with two Queen beds and its own TV, plus an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The loft is airy, relaxed, and has that “we're all on vacation” energy that makes it a favorite. Between the two levels, six people sleep here comfortably.
Inside: Cozy Has Never Looked This Good The main living area is open and bright — kitchen, dining, and living room all flow together the way a mountain cabin should. There's a wood-burning fireplace that turns any evening into an event, a gas cooking stove for the crew member who insists on cooking a real meal, and a dining table that seats four with five additional barstools at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with a regular coffee maker for those non-negotiable morning cups. There's also a large TV in the living room for movie nights, a washer and dryer so you can pack light and live large, and portable fans for keeping things breezy on warm summer nights. Fresh paint, new flooring, and all-new furnishings give the whole place a clean, updated feel that still keeps its rustic mountain soul. Add a stack of board games and high-speed Starlink WiFi and you've got yourself a full-on basecamp.
Step Outside and Breathe That In Boomtown Bungalow sits smack between the Copper and Platinum chairlifts, which means no matter which direction you're headed, you're golden. Head toward the river and you've got the popular Nature Trail and fishing practically at your feet. Head toward Main Street and dinner, drinks, and local shops are waiting. And if the timing is right, Brandenburg Park is just steps away hosting one of the town's beloved events — from the Car Show and Vino in the Valley to Aspencade Arts & Crafts and Oktoberfest. The mountain air here has a way of making everything feel a little more alive — the hike feels better, the food tastes better, and even just sitting still feels like something worth doing.

The slopes, the river, the town, the fireplace, the view — it's all right here, and it's all waiting for you. Oh, and the dog's invited — because a mountain trip is better with your best trail buddy along for the ride. Whether your ideal trip is all powder days and sore legs or slow mornings and long evenings by the fire, this place delivers. The only bad decision would be waiting too long to reserve it.
