The Merdin vacation apartment was completely gutted and renovated from 2017 to early 2019. Only materials that are structurally sound and safe for health were used during the renovation—such as mineral-based plasters and paints—which contribute to a pleasant indoor climate.
The floors in the bedroom and living area are covered with high-quality oiled hardwood flooring, which contributes to a cozy living environment.

The apartment is located in an annex directly adjacent to the main house and is accessible via a separate entrance.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms with one double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and one double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a living room with an additional pull-out sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a radio; a separate kitchen with ample dishes, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave; and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The vacation rental is strictly non-smoking, and smoking is absolutely prohibited in all rooms.

We are also happy to welcome your pet (dogs only) if it is well-behaved and completely house-trained.

For your safety, smoke detectors are installed in the bedrooms and living areas.
