Beautiful, air-conditioned, townhouse set on private sandy beach of Long Lake in Bridgton, Maine. Modern 4 BR, 3 1/2 baths, sunny, fully furnished townhouse with gleaming wood floors on main and 2nd floor, open kitchen and dining area, granite counters, 2 gas fireplaces, walk out finished basement and deck. This townhouse has air conditioning on all 3 floors.

Twenty acre wooded property includes only 13 units with secluded private cove to dock your boat or jet ski. Private tennis court and gazebo with adirondack chairs, sandy beach & more.

Walking distance to Harrison Village with restaurants and ice cream shop. Town of Bridgton is 5 minutes drive to movie theatre, bookstore, restaurants, etc. Thirty minutes from nearest skiing.

Three night minimum stay. No pets.

Beautiful location and home. Enjoyed access to the lake, and spacious interior of property. There were crumbs/dust under the couch and in corners upon entering the residence which makes me wonder about the cost of a cleaning fee.

lovely location

The property was clean and large and very comfortable. The swimming was great for the kids and me and we found a lot to do in the surrounding area.

Great getaway!

Great location on the lake. It is in a cove, so there is minor boat traffic and a nice swimming area. The home sleeps many! The private beach is lovely. Tip: If you take the upstairs master bedroom (there are 2!), be careful, as you can hear all the noises from downstairs. We would come back to this rental again!

I wish I could say it was horrible, because I want to keep it for myself and my family!

Perfect location on Long Lake. Nice setup. I stayed there with wife and two boys for 10+ days. Great condo, great complex. If you're looking for R & R on the lake, this is a great place for it. Accommodating owners/managers and nothing but great things to say about our stay in Maine.

First guests of the season!

We were the first guests for the summer, therefore the AC wasn't exactly working correctly when we got there (it was over 80 degrees outside). Turning on the AC for the first time is never fun but it eventually worked fine. The grill also hadn't been cleaned in a year, it was incredibly, incredibly dirty and caked with grease, mold and burnt food. We spent over 30 minutes cleaning it, it worked fine though once we did. The condo is adorable, location is beautiful. The little beach is great. Cozy, clean and exactly as pictured.

The owner was very responsive; the ac wasn't working and she had it fd someone come out immediatelhy

It is a beautiful home, roomy & comfortable; the only adverse comment i could make is about the neigbors who claimed to be the president of the HOA; On the first day i parked infront of the home; later that day a lady came out and said i was in her space so she had to park in my space. She demanded i move my car so she could get in the correct space (dumb) Also we had a large float for the children to use- at the end of the day we put iin the area under the home and it stucsk out about 3 feet into the yard; the same people complained about that sayng it could not be in the"common area" yet two days later the same people had a birthday party and the move picnic table and chairs into the commom are and left them there for two days after the party was over. Also they came over an claimed we put the garbage in the wrong place, which we did not. They were unpleasant and didn't seem to like idea the home was beng rented.

Family reunion

The place was just perfect for the eight of us. My family came to visit from overseas, and we had a wonderful time. The house had a great view, it was very clean, comfortable, and very close to town. I would highly recommend it.

Piece of heaven on a beautiful lake

From before we arrived through the entire vacation we have an exceptional experience. Stephanie was very responsive with any questions we had and their home was beautiful and had everything we would need for our stay.

Wonderful weekend stay

The location was great. It was a peaceful setting and so beautiful waking up to see the sun rising over the lake. The home was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We found the home had everything we needed during our stay. The upstairs bed, pillows, and linens were all so comfortable!! The owner was really easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious condo, very clean. Perfect spot on Long Lake. The condo provides everything you need to arrive and relax. Just bring your bathing suit!

Make sure you follow the rules

This is the only rental property in a small group of condominiums the owners of the other properties make you immediately aware if you have not followed protocol.

A perfect family getaway

This was an ideal location and property for my family of 5. With 3 young boys they loved the sandy swimming area with raft, dock to fish and we enjoyed having a separate dock to keep our pontoon that we rented. The lake was beautiful and the view was fantastic from the house. The house had a perfect layout, everyone had space and their own bedroom and bathroom. It was a clean and updated house and communication was fantastic with the owners. The neighbors were very nice and low key, everything was excellent. We made wonderful memories during our week!

Beautiful Lake Front Home

We were pleasantly surprised by the location, cleanliness, space and access to the lake beach area. The home had plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach from our home! This was extremely helpful with a 2 year old who liked to go back and forth and still naps! We were able to find everything we needed in town, McDonald’s, Walgreens, Hannafords and Long Lake ice creamery was delicious! We loved grabbing coffee and delicious Chai Teas from Beth’s Kitchen in the center of Bridgton! We would definitely rent this beautiful home again in the future! Thank you Lance and Stephanie for making it so easy to enjoy our vacation!

Great Lake house

Clean, spacious home on Long Lake. Great unobstructed views of the lake and sunrise from the deck and living room. Warm water with a private beach and dock. Safe and fun for kids and adults swimming, kayaks, and paddle boards. Caught plenty of bass, sunfish, and catfish in the lake and pond on the property. Although it’s a condo, it has the feeling of a spacious stand-alone home inside. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. Definitely somewhere we will look to visit again.

Great place!

Amazing house on a spectacular lake. This house is the best in the area. Breathtaking views of the lake. Very well maintained. Would definitely want to revisit in the summer.

Good time had by all

Spent week with kids and grand kids. Plenty of room for all 8 of us. Very clean, comphy beds, well stocked kitchen. We loved using the fire pit on beach. Nice little beach. Very private. Next time would set up boat rental ahead of time so as to not have a problem with availability.
