This Spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort is SUPER CLOSE to the AMENITIES and the BEACH. It's Pet-Friendly and includes complimentary GOLF CART use and Linens Package.

Inside, there is a smart TV in every room with Cable TV/Spectrum App
Eat-in Kitchen - with table & island seating a total of 12 ppl
5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathrooms

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!
**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Complimentary use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 21+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
