Damage Deposit Notice:
☞ Protect your Stay Against Damages .
☞ The host requires you to select one of the damage protection options.

☞ Pay Option #1 - $69.97 for Property Damage
If damage exceeds this amount, a claim will be submitted.
Great for travelers with kids, in groups, on extended stays or at luxury properties. It covers accidental damage to property like broken lamps,
stained linens, replacing lost or damaged keys and more. Host will collect a 6% service fee based on a $59.97 fee, which equals approx. $3.60.


☞ Pay Option #2 - $500 to $1,500 refundable damage deposit to the Host. Refunds are at the discretion of the host and are not guaranteed. Host will collect a 6% service fee based on a $500 damage deposit, which equals approx. $20; or 6% service fee based on a $1,500 damage deposit which equals approx. $90.

☞ The service fees are non-refundable. Cash and wire transfers accepted to avoid service fees.
