A stairway and scenic boardwalk winds through wetlands to the Betsie River, where guests can fish for salmon and steelhead right from the property.

Please note that while the property is riverfront, the home sits atop a hill above the river. Access to the Betsie River is via a fairly steep staircase followed by a boardwalk through the wetlands before reaching the riverbank. The walk is well worth it, but guests with limited mobility should be aware of the terrain.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the location—snowmobile trails are just two blocks away, and Crystal Mountain is about a mile down the road. You’re also close to unique local attractions like Iron Fish Distillery, Michigan Legacy Art Park, St. Ambrose Cellars, Crystal Lake Golf, and more.

Inside, the home features an open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings, exposed cedar beams, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light.
