Construction:
The Ostsee-Landhaus is a former horse stable built in 1886. It was completely reconstructed from 1999 to 2000 using building materials that are safe for health and converted into the current Ostsee-Landhaus. A hybrid heat pump system installed in 2015 supplies the house with heat and hot water by utilizing geothermal energy, air, and solar power. This house uses only electricity from renewable sources.
