The vacation rental is located at the entrance to the Bermsgrün district of Schwarzenberg, the county seat. It includes a parking lot with two parking spaces. There is also a five-pin CEE three-phase outlet for charging electric cars.<br>From the vacation rental, you have an impressive view of the mountains of the Ore Mountains; on a clear day, you can see as far as the Fichtelberg. <br>The vacation apartment, located near the Waldbühne, serves as an ideal starting point for excursions to the many attractions of the Erzgebirge Mountains. Hikes to Schwarzenberg’s historic old town—a 20-minute walk away—and the surrounding forested area are also possible. <br><br>The spacious ground-floor apartment, with 72 square meters of living space, is easily accessible by public transportation. It was newly furnished in June 2021 and designed to be child-friendly for children of all ages. <br>The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and two twin beds. If needed, a travel crib for babies can also be set up.<br>Two additional guests can sleep on a sofa bed in the adjacent spacious living room. It is also possible to set up an extra guest bed in the apartment. The living room also features a leather couch and a smart TV (UHD) with cable connection, a soundbar, and a DVD player on a sideboard. The Wi-Fi connection has a rated speed of 400 Mbit per second.<br>The generously equipped kitchen-dining area with built-in cabinets (including a dishwasher, range and oven combination, microwave, fridge-freezer combination, as well as a kettle, egg cooker, and coffee maker) also features a lovingly designed children’s play area with a changing table. <br>During the summer months, guests can enjoy undisturbed relaxation and playtime in the garden next to the house.<br>The equally spacious bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a bathtub with a showerhead.<br>One window in each room is fitted with a fly screen.<br>Free parking is available in a parking area created exclusively for guests, with two parking spaces in front of the house. For bicycles, a ground-level, lockable, solid-construction storage room is provided upon prior arrangement.
