Large Comfortable home with Flatiron views

Located in a quiet neighborhood, our house is within easy walking distance to the Pearl Street Mall, the 29th Street Mall, CU, hiking trails and all of the recreational activities Boulder Has to offer. We're also a quick trip to Denver either by car, bike, or RTD.

Finished in 2007 this home feature 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a beautiful high-end kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, and plenty of space to relax while enjoying all that Boulder has to offer.

Our Boulder home was finished in late 2007 and features 4 bedrooms including a large Master Suite with a balcony, views of the Flatirons and a king-sized bed. Enjoy a soak in the jetted tub or a steam in the Master Bath shower. The second and third bedrooms feature a queen beds, and the bunk room has a full/twin bunk and a twin bed. The two queen bedrooms are connected by Jack & Jill bathroom and there is a third full bathroom on the second level to make getting ready for special events easy, even for large families.

The main floor features a large dining room table with plenty of seating for large groups, and a cozy living room to sit back and enjoy a warm wood fire. There is also a large back deck with a gas grill for outside entertainment.

Guests have full access to first and second floor of the house, along with the back deck and yard.

Our home is located within easy walking distance of most Boulder amenities, and we are close to public transportation.

We ask that you please respect our neighbors and understand that our house is not to be used for large parties, or rehearsal diners, or gatherings of 50-60 people in our backyard. Any complaints from our neighbors or those requiring the police for noise will result in a forfeiture of security deposit.

Great Boulder vacation home!

We loved our stay at this Boulder home. The house was beautiful and the location is excellent. Lots of great restaurants but the kitchen is very well appointed if you prefer to stay in and cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Business Trip

We rented this property for a business trip and worked out of the home for a week. The house was gorgeous and immaculate not to mention in a terrific location. Everyone enjoyed this home and the host was fantastic to work with. We will definitely book again in the future should we travel to Boulder.

Boulder bliss

Michaels house was great!! Great kitchen fully equipped, decks from both floors and only .9 miles from Pearl Street. Even with a clogging situation, occurred, Michael sent someone right away to fix the problem.

Great location and plenty of space!

Two moms brought our three teenage sons to CO for a soccer tournament in Commerce City (not a bad drive). We loved being able to walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. I also enjoyed being able to walk up to the college campus to explore. The house had plenty of room for us and the kitchen is huge. There was lots of street parking and it was a quiet neighborhood.

Welcoming home

Comfortable family room space and well equipped kitchen. Clean and welcoming space. Queen bed mattress caving in from both sides so one bed unusable.

Loved it

I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals in Boulder and this one was by far the best. The house was well kept, well stocked, comfortably furnished, ROOMY, and overall just a beautiful home with all of the amenities you could need. The owner Mike was more than accommodating and the check-in/check-out operations were very straightforward. I can't thank him enough for hosting us.

Family Group

Great location, plenty of beds, and baths, and a wonderful kitchen and eating area for all to congregate. We brought 10 from out of town and met up with the cousins in Boulder. Some nights we had 12 for dinner and it worked out great. We would definitely do it again. The owner had everything ready for us and all we had to do was show up.

Graduation 2024

My son graduated from CU and I was born and raised here so most all of my family lives in Colorado. As such, needed a bigger house to host family and friends for graduation festivities occurring throughout the week. The house was perfect! Large spacious rooms, also large kitchen with everything needed to host a well attended graduation BBQ! Backyard and location was perfect, easy to walk to Pearl Street. And the built in steam room in the master shower was awesome! Would absolutely recommend it, clean comfortable and perfect location!

Famiy weekend in boulder

Property was easy to get to and walkable everywhere. Construction in backyard was a bit messy but did not impede. Neighbors definitely do not like the property being a Vrbo. Missed the extra touches to make this a five star- Hand soaps kitchen supplies upgraded linens would make this a five star. Overall a solid four property we would go back to save the nosy angry neighbors.

Wedding Weekend

Overall the house is very nice and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable. Parking was no problem on the street. The negatives were minor. 1. The coffee maker was not clean. 2. The kitchen floor was not clean. 3. The outside grill was not clean. 4. For a large house the living room furniture was old and only seated around four people. It could be arranged better. I would recommend the house. The negatives did not interfere with the weekend.

Great location beautiful home.

This location is amazing however there were several things that we think should be addressed. 1. Sheets in one of the queen bedrooms were ripped & stained making it obvious that it hadn’t been changed. 2. The other queen room mattress was so bad that my son in law slept on the floor and our grand baby slept with us. 3. The white bath towels smelled mildewy need to be replaced. 4. We had to clean up trash two morning in a row. Cement blocks did not work to keep raccoon out. Trash cans need to be attached to the wood wall and bungee corded shut!! 5. Broken chair in the deck. 6. We feel that your cleaning crew should be re evaluated. Floor sticky in areas. Microwave dirty. Bathrooms weren’t clean. We certainly expect to receive our security deposit because we left the home cleaner that we found it. 4.

Great family home in Boulder

We enjoyed the home immensely. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The porch is perfect for outside dining when the weather cooperates. It’s a reasonable walk to Pearl Street and the sights to see in Boulder. If it was any closer the noise and crowds might have been an issue. We’d definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Had a small issue with the front door lock, but the owner came right away and resolved the issue. Great communication with the owner. The house is beautiful with views of the mountains. Walking distance to Pearl street. Fabulous Gourmet kitchen. This house has everything.

Our trip was great largely in part due to the home accommodations. Enjoyed the deck, the yard and being able to cook meals as well as bbq. Would highly recommend this home.

Daughter's Wedding

This home has a nice open floor plan on the main level which allows people to congregate in the kitchen, living room, dining are or the back deck. There is a huge island in the kitchen that is great for entertaining.
