Seacrest 609 - All the comforts of home for a vacation to remember. This 2Bedroom/2 Bath condo will comfortably sleeps up to 6 people (not 6 adults). It has a beautiful view of the white sandy beach and emerald green surf from your private beach front balcony. Also, this condo has a view of Little Lagoon from the private North balcony off the Master Bedroom.

The Master Bedroom has a King-size bed with 32' TV with private bathroom - linens provided. Queen size bed in Guest Bedroom with TV; two crew bunks with a pocket door to closed off from the Great Room (Maximum 6 people); a kitchen fully equipped with crock pot, lobster pot, coffee maker, toaster, blender and then some. The Great Room is furnished with a 49-inch Smart TV and DVD player, family board games and WIFI, FREE

I also have three other one bedroom/one bath condos in the Seacrest Building for families that want to be in the same place, but have their own space. Units 203, 204, 504

The best condo we have stayed at! It smelled good as soon as we walked in, and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware as well. The building and grounds were well kept too. Swimming pool and hot tub area were clean. Quick and easy access to the beach as well. The instructions for check in and check out were also very clear and easy to understand. Couldn’t compliment this place enough and will be trying to come back next year!

Any questions I had prior to arrival, Lola was very quick to reply. The condo was clean and neat. I was impressed with how well the unit was stocked. There was plenty of beach toys for the kids (we usually don’t bring enough from home and have to go buy I more).

Relaxing get away

We love the area of the condo, the cleanliness, comfort and beautiful view of the beach. We also loved the convenience of a restaurant, seafood market, store across the street. We rarely had to get in the car!

This unit is exactly as described and was very clean when we arrived. The host is really easy to work with and was prompt with communication. Highly recommend this rental!

Summer Vacation 2024

Although the room was very nice and right on the beach and close to everything, the parking was not ideal. Our guests had to park across the street. There was someone in the parking lot at check in who was taking pictures of the vehicles. We had other guests that could not even come to visit because of parking and fear of being towed so we had to go to their place to visit daily.

Perfect location

Family had a great time

We had a great time at the SeaCrest unit. The beach was clean and the water was so clear that you could see to the bottom. The pool was a good size and my grandkids enjoyed playing in it. Thank you for supplying a wonderful location for my family's vacation.

Nice place to stay

The condo was clean, kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped and furnishing were pleasantly pleasing. The corner balcony was an added enjoyment for observing the beach and listening to the sounds of the ocean.

Great Corner Condo

Loved the view of the ocean from our balcony. When we first arrived in early February, we could watch both the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Bright and airy throughout the condo. Lola was easy to work with and she really wants your family to have a good stay.

Great Location

The property is located just off the beach. Walk out back door and you are there!! Clean and nice layout. Master bedroom good sized. Activities within 5-20 minutes from location.

Perfect accommodations for party of 4

This is the 3rd condo we have rented at Seacrest and we were very satisfied with this unit. The condo had everything we needed, including the kitchen. Lola, the owner, was great to work with and responsive to questions before and after our arrival. This spacious unit was perfect for us and our friends, especially the comfortable and sturdy furniture on the balcony. We couldn’t get enough of that view and miss it already!! I would happily rent this unit again in the future.

Wonderful week!

This was our second time staying here. We came back this year for softball again, and we knew we wanted to stay in 609. Lola is a wonderful host and is so thoughtful. Communication is excellent! The condo is well kept, very clean, and has everything you could need. We will definitely come back again.

Perfect Condo

This condo is in a great location right on the beach. It is far enough from the public beaches that it’s not too crowded. We sat on the balcony and watched the Dolphins swim by in the morning and again in the evening. The condo is also stocked with everything you need during your stay. We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Perfect Gulf Vacation Spot

This condo was well-maintained, clean and in an excellent location. We were able to watch dolphins in the Gulf from our balcony. The beach is not overcrowded in this area, the sand was soft and the water was the perfect temperature. Our son loved sleeping the in the bunkbeds, and the pocket door was great to block off the living space from the sleeping areas. Would definitely recommend!

september vacation

We spent a great week at 609 Seacrest, hosted by Lola. Condo was clean and accommodating as advertised. The view from the corner balcony was great, especially since there was a full moon that week. We loved the bar height Adirondack chairs on the balcony, perfect for having a drink after a day on the beach. Beach access was easy, right outside the garage. Really enjoyed our stay.
