Am Parkeingang der Mathildenhöhe

The apartment is located in a prime location, right next to the park at the Mathildenhöhe World Heritage Site. The city center, the university, and the Art Nouveau swimming pool are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shops for daily needs—such as a bakery, Rewe supermarket, cafés, a pharmacy, and various restaurants—are just seconds away from the apartment, which, despite its central location, is relatively quiet and not situated directly on a busy street.

The well-equipped, approximately 70 m² apartment with a spacious living/dining area and a separate bedroom is located on the mezzanine level of the “Stadthaus Mathildenhöhe.”
A private entrance leads you into the modernly furnished apartment, which offers everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The large kitchenette is perfect for cooking together (an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, etc., are available).
From the (electrically adjustable) leather couch, you can enjoy Netflix, TV, YouTube, etc., on the 65-inch LED TV or—just as you can from the comfortable reading chair—take in the view of the promenade that runs along the park to the immediately adjacent Mathildenhöhe.
In the quiet, very spacious bedroom facing the inner courtyard, a 1.80 m wide box-spring bed awaits.
All lights can be individually adjusted, and all rooms are equipped with thermostats.

Please note that a minimum age of 30 is required to book this apartment.
