Guests are free to reach out to us at any point. We will send regular correspondence over your listing messenger app for important updates, but otherwise, we will not bother :) We live locally and are eager to help with whatever you need!

Located in the new `Timber Sky` development. The neighborhood gives you close access to the forest edge, hiking trails, and off-road access. The home is just a short five-minute drive from downtown, NAU, shopping centers, and grocery stores.

Guests have full access to the home, minus a supply closet for guest supplies

*For cancelled reservations, anything within the cancellation window will be granted a full refund minus the 3% processing fee.*
-No parties: $1000 fine
-Quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM
-No Pets: A $500 fine will be issued
-No fires outside designated firepits
-Guests who do not depart on time without prior communication will be issued a fine of $100 per hour
-For stays longer than 21 nights, the cleaning fee doubles to deep clean the property after the guests` stay.
